Items for sale at Laha, a 2-floor textile shop in front of National Musuem. Laha sells mostly home items, clothing and accessories made from local textiles. The fabric is produced by the Phutai people who live along the Banghang River in Savannakhet Province. They are well known for their handmade, natural indigo cotton. The Phutai people use only natural dyes and all the work—spinning, dyeing and weaving—is done completely by hand. Luang Prabang , LAOS
